How do I use the Parental Control Center?

You'll be invited to the Parental Control Center when your child enters your email address as their parent or guardian during sign-up.

Getting started

Here's what to expect:

1. You'll receive an email asking you to confirm that you're the child's parent or guardian.
2. Once you've confirmed, you'll receive a second email with instructions to activate your Parental Control Center account.
3. Follow the link in the email to create your password and finish setting up your account.

Once your account is ready, you can sign in to the Parental Control Center at any time to manage your child's settings.

Didn't receive the second email? You may already have a Parental Control Center account. Try signing in or resetting your password instead.

What can I do in the Parental Control Center?

From the Parental Control Center, you can:

• Reset your child's password.
• Manage permissions for social features.
• Update the email connected to your child's account.
• View all of your child's MovieStarPlanet, MovieStarPlanet 2, and BlockStarPlanet accounts linked to your parental email.

I forgot my password

If you've forgotten your Parental Control Center password, select Forgot password on the sign-in page and follow the instructions to reset it.

I'm not sure if I already have an account

Try resetting your password using your parental email address.

• If you receive a password reset email, you already have an account.
• If you receive an error saying your email isn't recognised, you haven't created a Parental Control Center account yet.
