How do I reset my child's password?

If your child has forgotten their password, you can reset it from your Parental Control Center account.

Reset your child's password

1. Sign in to the Parental Control Center.
2. Select your child's account.
3. Choose Reset password.
4. Enter a new password and save your changes.

Your child can use the new password the next time they sign in.
