I can’t remember my password

Have you already connected your email to your BlockStarPlanet account?

If so, you can get your password back:

1. Click "Forgot your password?" on the login screen.
2. Enter your username and email, then click Submit.
3. Click the link you receive by email, and update your password.

Make it a new one, don't reuse an old password.

I can't access my account's email, or I never validated my email

If this is the case, you'll need to contact our customer service team instead. We'll assist you the best we can, though account restoration is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Please prepare the following as proof of ownership:

• The username and domain of the account you're trying to retrieve
• Proof of purchase of a VIP membership, or a Top-up/Diamond package. Ideally the receipt should be from your most recent purchase. Our staff may request additional information at their discretion.

Please be advised that we may reject requests for account restoration if the necessary documentation isn't available.

Make your password strong

Whichever route you took to get back in, it's worth taking two minutes to set yourself up better going forward.

Here's how to pick a strong, one-of-a-kind password:

• At least 8 characters, with both letters and numbers, hard to guess, even for your closest friends. Try mashing a few random words together: strawberry cake? dance music? little bunnies?
• No personal info. Skip your name, birthday, city, or pet's name, anything easy to guess about you.
• Skip the obvious stuff, like "qwerty123" or "abc789". Not strong, not safe, not it.
• Keep it unique. Your BlockStarPlanet password should be different from your email password, or any other account.

Never share your password with anyone, not even friends. And make sure an email is connected to your account, so you can always reset your password yourself without needing Support.
