Where did my item go?

Can’t find something you own? It may still be somewhere on your account.

Here are a few places to check:

• Wardrobe: Look through each page in case the item is further back than expected.
• Room: Open Edit my Room to see the items stored there.
• Pet Hotel: Missing a Pet? It may be staying at the Hotel.

It’s also worth checking whether the item was:

• Given to another MovieStar as a gift.
• Exchanged in a trade.
• Recycled.

If you’ve checked everywhere and still can’t find it, contact Support through the chat in the lower-right corner of the Help Center.
