Why can’t I log in to MovieStarPlanet 2?

If you see a message that your username or password is incorrect, here are a few things you can check:

Make sure you are on the correct domain

MovieStarPlanet 2 has separate domains for different countries and languages. Your account only works on the domain where it was created.

If you want to switch domains, click the flag in the top-right corner of the login screen and select the correct country.

You can use the same account across MovieStarPlanet games, but not across different domains.

If you try to sign in to another domain, you need to create a new account there.
