How do I delete my account?

Thinking about deleting your account? Make sure you know what happens first—deletion begins as soon as you complete the steps.

Deleting your account also removes your progress from:

MovieStarPlanet
MovieStarPlanet 2
BlockStarPlanet

How do I delete my account?

You’ll need to use the computer version of MovieStarPlanet.

Log in to the account you want to delete.
Open Help.
Select My User.
Choose Delete User.
Enter the account’s username and password.
Follow the steps to confirm the deletion.

Can I get my account back?

You may be able to reactivate your account for up to 90 days after deleting it.

If your account has a confirmed email address, we’ll send you an email with a reactivation link.

If no email is connected, contact Support through the chat in the lower-right corner of the Help Center. You’ll need proof of a VIP or Top-Up purchase to help confirm that the account belongs to you.

Reactivation requests are reviewed case by case. After 90 days, the account is permanently deleted and can’t be recovered.
