How do I cancel my VIP subscription?

(Applies to MovieStarPlanet, MovieStarPlanet 2, and BlockStarPlanet)

VIP subscriptions are no longer available for new purchases, but if you still have one running, here's how to cancel it. How you do this depends on how you originally paid — not which game you play.

Paid with credit card, in the game

Since your subscription lives on your game account, you can cancel it directly — the menu path differs slightly by game:

BlockStarPlanet: Log in, then go to More → Options → My VIP → Cancel.
MovieStarPlanet: Log in, click Options in the top-right corner, then go to My Payments.
MovieStarPlanet 2: Log in, then go to Settings → My Account → My VIP.

Paid via Google Play

Google Play subscriptions are tied to your Google Play account, not your game account, so we can't cancel them for you — and it can't be done from inside the app or web version either.

Log in to the Google Play account you used to buy the subscription and cancel it from there.
Don't have access to that Google account anymore? Contact Google Play support — they're the only ones who can help from there.

Paid via Apple (iTunes)

Same idea here: Apple subscriptions are tied to your Apple ID, so cancellation goes through Apple, not us.

Log in to the Apple ID you used to buy the subscription and cancel it from there.
Don't have access to that Apple ID anymore? Contact Apple Support.

Good to know: Apple only allows one active subscription per Apple ID. You can't have multiple accounts with active VIP subscriptions purchased through the same Apple ID — even if they're for different durations.
