How do I add or change my email address?

Adding an email is one of the easiest ways to protect your account.

Once your email is confirmed, you can reset your password yourself if you ever forget it. Make sure you use an email you can access, and choose a different password for your MovieStarPlanet account.

How do I add an email address?

1. Log in to MovieStarPlanet.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select Enter email.
4. Enter your email address.
5. Open the email we send you and follow the confirmation link.

Your email isn’t connected until you complete the confirmation step.

Once it’s confirmed, you’ll also receive some free StarCoins. They may take a couple of minutes to appear.

How do I change my email address?

1. Open Settings.
2. Select Change Email.
3. Enter your new email address.
4. Open the email we send you and follow the confirmation link.

Your current email will stay connected until the new one has been confirmed.

What if I can’t access my current email?

You’ll need access to your current email to change it yourself.
