How do I add or change my email address?

Adding an email is one of the easiest ways to protect your account.

Once your email is confirmed, you can reset your password yourself if you ever forget it. You can connect the same email to more than one MovieStarPlanet 2 account.

Make sure you use an email you can access. Your MovieStarPlanet 2 password should also be different from your email password.

How do I add an email address?

You’ll need a Full-access Account with a username and password. Guest Accounts can’t add an email yet.

1. Log in to MovieStarPlanet 2.
2. Open Settings.
3. Go to My Account.
4. Open the email section and enter your email address.
5. Follow the link we send you to confirm it.

Your email isn’t connected until you complete the confirmation step.

How do I change my email address?

1. Open Settings.
2. Go to My Account.
3. Select Change email.
4. Enter your new email address and select Submit.
5. Open the confirmation email sent to your current email address.
6. Follow the link to confirm the change.

Your current email will stay connected until the change has been confirmed.

What if I can’t access my current email?

You’ll need access to your current email to change it yourself.
