How do I change my password?

Need a new password? You can change it from the MovieStarPlanet 2 login screen.

Change your password

1. Enter your username on the login screen.
2. Select Forgot your password?—even if you still remember it.
3. Enter the email connected to your account.
4. Open the email we send you and follow the link.
5. Choose your new password.

Make your new password strong

Longer passwords are harder to guess. Try combining several unrelated words into something memorable.

Avoid using:

• Your username, name, birthday, or other personal details.
• Common passwords and simple patterns.
• Lyrics, quotes, or titles other people could guess.
• A password you already use for your email or another account.

Think someone else knows your password? Change it straight away and keep the new one to yourself.

Underage accounts

Password changes for underage accounts are handled by a parent or guardian through the Parental Control Center.
