How do I change my password?

Need a new password for MovieStarPlanet? Password changes are handled through the MovieStarPlanet 2 login screen.

MovieStarPlanet and MovieStarPlanet 2 use the same account details, so your new password will also work when you return to MovieStarPlanet. You don’t need to create a separate account.

Your account must have a confirmed email address first. Haven’t added one yet? See How do I add or change my email address?

Change your password

1. Open MovieStarPlanet 2.
2. Enter your MovieStarPlanet username on the login screen.
3. Select Forgot your password?—even if you still remember it.
4. Enter the email connected to your account.
5. Open the email we send you and follow the link.
6. Choose your new password.

You can now use the new password to log in to MovieStarPlanet.

Make your new password strong

Longer passwords are harder to guess. Try combining several unrelated words into something memorable.

Avoid using:

• Your username, name, birthday, or other personal details.
• Common passwords or simple patterns.
• A password you already use for your email or another account.

Think someone else knows your password? Change it straight away and keep the new one to yourself.

Underage accounts

Password changes for underage accounts are handled by a parent or guardian through the Parental Control Center.
